Directions to Seashells Cottage, Helford Passage, Falmouth,

Cornwall TR11 5LB

The best route from M5

M5 to Exeter (Junction 31) – then A30 (81 miles) across Bodmin and Goss Moor until you get to the roundabout with the windfarm on it. You can’t miss it! (about one and a quarter hours from M5)

Turn left A39 to Truro.

Skirt round the outskirts of Truro following the signs for Falmouth. (A39)

When nearly at Falmouth (still on A39)
Turn right at the ASDA/B&Q  roundabout up the hill (300 yards) to the small roundabout and turn left following the signs to Mawnan Smith.

Straight through Mawnan Smith village (to the right of the Red Lion)

Past the entrances to Glendurgan and Trebah Gardens (2 miles) to the sharp right hand bend where you go straight on (sign posted Helford Passage / the Ferryboat Inn)

As you go down the hill to the river turn right at the red sign -  and follow the sign for 'residents'. There is a parking space for Seashells Cottage (SS marked on the tarmac) at the right hand end of the car park close to the white wall. (easier to reverse into this parking space)
