Getting Here

Drive on the M5 South towards Exeter.

At Junction 31, follow signs for the A30 towards Bodmin.

Continue on the A30 for about 81 miles, passing through Bodmin and Goss Moor. You'll come to a roundabout with a windfarm visible nearby—it's hard to miss! This part of the drive takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

At this NEW junction turn left onto the A39 towards Truro.

Follow the A39 around the outskirts of Truro, continuing towards Falmouth.

As you approach Falmouth (still on the A39), take the right turn at the ASDA/B&Q roundabout. Follow the road up the hill (about 300 yards) to a small roundabout.

At the small roundabout, turn left following signs to Mawnan Smith.

Drive straight through Mawnan Smith village, passing to the right of the Red Lion pub.

Continue past the entrances to Glendurgan and Trebah Gardens (approximately 2 miles). You’ll reach a sharp right-hand bend—continue straight on, following signs for Helford Passage and The Ferryboat Inn.

As you drive down the hill towards the river, turn right at the red sign indicating "Residents" parking.

Follow the sign to Seashells Cottage. The designated parking space for Seashells Cottage is marked "SS" on the tarmac, located at the far right end of the car park, next to a white wall.
- Tip: It’s easier to reverse into this parking space.
